The other day I was watching a video where Arnold Schwarzenegger talking about getting old. While he was talking they were showing pictures of him when he was younger and ripped. As I looked at those pictures I thought to myself, man he was huge. Then I thought about all the discipline it took for him to stay in that space for so long.
